What are your hours of availability?Availability is by appointment only. Our availability is limited due to our full-time duties as professors in the department of osteopathic manipulative medicine at Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Smith, AR.

How long are appointments?Appointments are scheduled in hour intervals. This allows us to focus on your problem for approximately 50 minutes. Please arrive on time for your appointment in order to maximize your time with your physician. If you arrive late for your appointment your appointment may be rescheduled to a later time and/or date as appointments are available.

Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?No. Due to the amount of time we spend with each of our patients, we generally do not offer same-day appointments or walk-in clinic services; however, we do keep a "wait list" and if asked to be on it, we will call you should we have any openings before your scheduled appointment. If you are having an emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

How should I prepare for my appointment?Please wear modest, loose, and comfortable clothing to your appointment.

Do you participate in Medicare?No. Unfortunately we do not participate in the Medicare program at this time. This may change in the future.

Are your services covered by my private insurance?Do to the nature of our specialty, we do not accept private insurance as payment; however, most of our services are covered by private insurances. We are considered "out of network".

Do you prescribe narcotics or other controlled substances?No. We do not prescribe controlled substances, including narcotic pain medication, for any reason. If your pain is such that stronger pain medication is warranted, we will refer you to a pain management specialist or recommend you to the nearest emergency department.
